Our Dedicated Staff

Preston joined the firm in 1980 and has over 35 years of experience in the funeral business. Preston completed Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1985. Preston gives credit for his training and experience in the industry to his late father, Preston Greene Jr., who passed away on January 20, 1986. We will continue to keep letting our light shine through the services that we render, and not by making false promises that are impossible to live up to. When you provide good service and put God first, all other things will be added. Preston is a licensed funeral director and notary public for the state of South Carolina.

J.B. is the Co-Owner and licensed funeral director for South Carolina. J.B. has been a licensed funeral director and South Carolina Notary Public since 1981. 

J.B. received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of South Carolina, administrative certification from Winthrop University, and Ed. (CABD) from Nova Southeastern University. 

J.B. was employed by the schools of Dillon County for 25 years and retired in June 2010. She is now Owner and Director of J'Dae Early Learning Academy in Dillon, SC.J.B. is committed to serving the citizens of Dillon and the surrounding areas.

Eugene Jacobs has been with our firm for over 50 years. When Eugene joined us, he was as dedicated then as he is now. Mr. Jacobs was trained and worked under the expertise of the late Preston Greene, Jr. Eugene began his affiliation with our firm during his high school years. Mr. Jacobs continues to be a dedicated staff member.

Rev. Anthony Alford has been with Greene's Funeral Home for over 15 years. Rev. Alford provides spiritual guidance, assists with planning, and is instrumental in grief management. Rev Alford's position as a minister at our firm has been an asset to our families as well as our staff. Please call on Rev. Alford should you need the comfort of a minister.

Daniel has been part of our staff for a while now. He is from Dillon, SC. Daniel is a very talented young man with high goals. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help anyone. We are so proud to have him as part of our Staff.

We are pleased to have Valarie as a member of our staff. She is always willing to go the extra mile to help others in their time of sorrow. We are very happy to have Valarie as a member of our staff.

James is our youngest staff member and is very interested in becoming the next generation of funeral directors at Greene's Funeral Home. James is an honor student at J.V. Martin Junior High School. James is currently very active in the business. James is the son of Ja-Noivce Greene-Richardson.

Henry has joined our staff and we are pleased to be a part of him. Henry has the passion to help us help others in their time of sorrow.

Rev. Stuckey is the pastor at Saint Stephen's United Methodist Church in Dillon, SC. He is our newest addition to our staff. He is very outgoing and n asset to our staff.

Torrian is the son of Preston J. Greene. He is a college graduate and lives in Agusta, Georgia. He is a valued member of our staff.

Mr. Jones is a highly dedicated staff member. He is always willing to assist our families in whatever way he can. We look forward to a long productive relationship with mr. Jones. We are proud to have him.
