It is with deepest regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Mary A. Hines. Mrs. Hines entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at the Carlyle Nursing Facility in Florence, South Carolina.
Private graveside services for Mrs. Hines were conducted on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the New Covenant Free Rock in Church Memorial Garden in Clio, South Carolina with the Rev. Allen McArthur officiating.

Mrs. Mary Alice Taylor Hines, daughter of the late Ervin Taylor and the late Daisy Taylor, was born September 10, 1925 in Dillon County South Carolina and she departed this life on August 25, 2020 at Carlyle Nursing Center in Florence, South Carolina.
Mrs. Hines was married to the late Robert Hines. Mrs. Hines attended the New Covenant Free Rock Church in Christ until her health failed. Mrs. Hines served faithfully on the Pastor’s Aid Committee, and she loved giving the welcome address to visitors.
Mrs. Hines was preceded in death by one brother Calvin Butler, two sisters: Ruth McCellan and Julia Mae Lampley, three nephews: Curtis Taylor, Thomas McCellan, and Alexander Lampley, one niece Minnie McCellan,
Mrs. Hines leaves to cherish fond memories two sisters: Daisy McArthur (Allen) and Annie Wallace, a brother-in-law Howard Lampley, special niece Linda Covington, who was her Caregiver and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family and friends.
Honorable Mention to a special loving friends LuLu Holiday, and an adoptive son James Holiday whom she loved dearly.
