Obituary

There comes the time in every one's life when they must bow to the will of God and leave behind the ones they love. On Saturday, March 7, 2015an angel of the Lord visited Mr. King and quietly prepared his journey home.

Mr. King Alford was born on July 14, 1928 to Mrs. Julia Ann Wooten and Mr. Amanda Alford in Dillon, SC. He departed this earthly life at Southeastern Medical Hospital in Lumberton, NC.

Mr. King was preceded in death by his parents. He was a WWII Veteran. Mr. King was married to Sis. Queen Ester Ford Alford, who preceded him in death. Mr. King was married to Mrs. Lula Belle Colvin which she preceded him in death. In the marriage one child was born, Mrs. Lenora Alford. Mr. King leaves to cherish his memories; daughter, Ms. Lenora Alford; 1 grandson, Richard Antonio Sease (Shateria) 2 grand daughters, Jordynn Sease and Madison Sease all of Winston Salem, North Carolina. 1 sister-in- law Evangelist Mae Ola McLeod (Bishop Freeman McLeod) 1 brother-in-law David Ford. A very special friend Eula Mae Johnson: a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, family, and many many friends.
