Bro. Frank Burden Moody, son of the late Frank Moody and Mary Moody, was born May 10, 1924 in Marion County and departed this life on November 3, 2006 after a brief illness. He received his education in the Marion County public schools. He was united in holy wedlock to sister Willie Mae grice, to this union three sons and three daughters were born. Bro. Frank Moody was baptized in Jesus name by elder Carrie Anders in 1963. He was a member at New Bethel Apostolic Church. He was a loving father to his children and devoted husband to his wife during the many years of their marriage prior to her home going services on August 30, 2000. He leaves to cherish endless memories three daughters :sallie Mae Moody, Beatrice Ford, and arnetha Moody all of the home of Dillon, South Carolina; three sons: John Willie Moody of Florence, South Carolina, Frank Moody of Dillon, South Carolina, and Daniel Moody who preceded him in death; two sisters Anna Jane leasely of Floyd Dale, South Carolina, and Jessie Bell cottingham of Marion, South Carolina; two brothers: t.c. Moody (deceased); ten grandchildren all of South Carolina. Fourteen great- grandchildren all of South Carolina; two daughters-in-law: Ester Moody and Janet Moody both of Dillon, South Carolina; one son-in-law mcneil Ford, Jr., one sister-in-law Juanita grice, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, friends, and god-children.
