Mrs. Esther Townsend daughter of the late Daniel Webster and Pearlie Williams was born on May 5, 1925 in Roberson County, North Carolina. She was educated in the public schools of North Carolina. She was employed by Southern Bell Telephone Company and retired from Dixiana Mills in Dillon, S.C. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Dillon, S.C. where she served until her death. Left to cherish memories are her loving daughter VonSenia T. Tart, a sister Eula Leslie, a grandson Frankie Tart and a devoted son-in-law Lennon Tart. Many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
