David Caulder

Mr. David "Buddy" Caulder entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 5, 2011 in McLeod Medical Center Dillon. Funeral Services for Mr.Caulder will be conducted on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. from the Miller's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church in Little Rock, South Carolina with the Reverend James W. McCoy officiating. Final Resting Place for Mr.David Caluder will be in the McCallum & Caulder Cemetery Mr. David "Buddy" Caulder son of the late Plummer Hammons and Alene Caulder was born on January 18, 1922 in Dillon Conty South Carolina and departed this life on Monday, September 5, 2011 in the McLeod Medical Center Dillon South Carolina. David was a veteran and served in the United States Army during World War II. He was known and loved by all in his community. He will be missed. Left to cherish fond memories are his children five daughters Betty C. Williamson of Dillon, South Carolina, Dorothy (James Earl) Gooden of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Linda C. Washington of Dillon, South Carolina, Georgia (Tyrone) Thomas of Dillon, South Carolina, Sallie A. Bethea of Dillon, South Carolilna, and Dorothy Covington of Dillon, South Carolina. Six sons David (Dorothy) Caulder, Jr. of Elizabeth, New Jersey, John W. (Joyce) Caulder of Dillon,South Carolina, Jimmy D. (Cynthia) Caulder of Atlanta, Georgia, Charlie N. Caulder of Elizabeth, New Jersey, James D. (Barbara) Bethea of Dillon, South Carolina, and Curtis White of Virginia. 32 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, a special friend Annie Mae McAllister, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
